A yam is peeled, sliced, washed with clean water, dried, and blended into a flour called Elubo. Elubo is used to prepare Àmàlà.
Àmàlà is from Western Africa and eaten mostly by the Yoruba people in Nigeria. It could be served with soups like Vegetable, ogbono , or any choice of soup.
